Yes, all our physiotherapists are licensed and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and CSP(The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy).
Every one of them on top of the relevant Degree holds a Master’s Degree, and or Post Graduate Diplomas and engages in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with the latest in physiotherapy practice.

It’s important to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your physiotherapy appointments to ensure that all the relevant areas can be reached/uncovered easily. Ideally, choose clothing that allows easy access to the area of your body that we will be treating. For example, if you are coming in for a knee assessment, shorts would be appropriate. For a shoulder condition, a tank top or a loose-fitting t-shirt would be suitable.

Initial Assessment: is up to 60min, including Assessment + 1st Treatment for Free.
Follow-up:  30min, however in some cases the therapist might decide to allocate up to 45min.

We require payment in advance to secure your appointment slot and to streamline the administrative process, allowing us to focus more on providing you with quality care and treatment during your visit.
This policy also helps us manage our scheduling more efficiently, ensuring that we can offer timely appointments to all our clients.
It minimizes last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can disrupt the effective operation of our clinic and the availability of services to other patients. Rest assured, our priority is to provide you with the best possible care and ensure that your treatment is conducted in a timely and professional manner.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the Full Fee.

No. The session cost includes any treatment technique that might be required to resolve your problem such as Physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, exercise program, adjustment, electrotherapy, taping etc. 
 

Yes. The car park can be accessed through Miles Street.  Also, around the building you can find Free car park.

Yes. The clinic has accessible access and an accessible toilet in place.
