EXERCISES:

 

PLIÈ SQUAT – 20 reps ✔️

DOUBLE PLIÈ – 2 UP – 2 DOWN – 12 reps✔️

PLIÈ + HOLD – go down – hold for 3 and release – 10 reps ✔️

SIDE LUNGE + LIFT –  12 reps each side✔️

 

Do 4 sets of each exercise.
